2 slices of cin raisin toast with little margarine
coffee (double double)

broccoli and cheese
tuna
banana bread

egg noodles X 3 cups
chinese sausage
ham
veggies

half avocado
hint of lime corn chips


exercise
10 minute walk
5 minute walk -work
15 minute power walk on treadmill, speed 3.0+
50 crunches
2x25 sec hip raises
is going to start blogging again.
